Business Partner - CFO

Deeply experienced, Aaron Links is here to provide leading CFO support. He’ll take a lead role in seeing you achieve your financial goals and manage your business growth. One of our founders, he previously headed the Winning Group’s finance team.

Within 3PF, Aaron specialises in partnering with CEOs, boards and executive teams to give them the financial information, understanding and advice they need to make the right calls. And, when the time comes, his experienced financial perspective unlocks new insights into how his clients can achieve their business goals. Perhaps the most rewarding aspect of his professional practice is using his CFO experience to help up-and-coming companies and those smaller businesses that couldn’t normally afford to have a CFO.

Outside of work, Aaron hangs out with the family and watches his kids play sports. He’s also a keen sailor and has won numerous championships!

Jeremy Paul, B.Bus

Business Partner - Systems, HR and Risk

One of 3PF’s founding members, Jeremy Paul assists clients across all levels of business. With you, we will work to improve processes, assist with payroll, consult on insurances and more. With intense attention to detail, he is a methodical thinker who always develops a scenario out to its probable and logical conclusions.

For Jeremy, the best part of his work is using his commercial accounting experience to add value to clients when they’re facing challenges. When issues arise, he wants to be in your corner helping you prevail. As well as making sure the right result happens when the chips are down, Jeremy also enjoys the diversity of the less urgent day-to-day tasks that come up when helping a similar diversity of clients, big and small.

Outside of work, Jeremy is active in the Newport Surf Club, patrolling the same beaches where he loves spending time with his family.

Chris White, CA

Business Partner - Financial Controller

Chris White works within 3PF providing high-level financial support to clients. His overall objective is to ensure your financial functions work efficiently and effectively. As part of this task, he is also 3PF’s lead in developing and providing informative reporting and insights. When you outsource work with us, Chris will be your go-to for forecasting and planning for a more successful future.

Chris has a unique touch in helping business owners and managers get to grips with what all the detailed financial information means for the reality of their operations and strategies. He’s also 3PF’s lead in developing smart business models that help clients visualise and understand what effects certain changes made today will have 3 to 5 years down the track.

His goal is to give you and your business the confidence to know how. So, as long as you follow the plans you’re setting today, the positive cash flow trends will play out over the long term.

When not at the desk, Chris is a dedicated family man who is also into sport – both playing and watching. Squash, fitness, cricket or footy – he’s there.

Oleg Doha, CA

Business Partner - Senior Financial Accountant

Within 3PF, Oleg’s major role is to provide useful financial data to our clients and do it promptly. These reports are crucial in helping you make the right decisions at the right time.

With impeccable analytical skills and attention to detail, he doesn’t miss deadlines and maintains positive client relationships throughout. Simply, he takes care of accounting, bookkeeping and systems implementation with tenacity and enthusiasm.

For Oleg, the best part of his work is being part of helping CEOs and owners achieve their business goals. Away from the accounting desk, Oleg is a keen race car driver and is often at the track pushing his car to its limits.

Clare Ebelewicz

Senior Associate - Financial Accountant

With an obsession for customer service, Clare creates and leverages good working relationships to detect, diagnose and resolve complex problems in an innovative and entrepreneurial manner. A natural collaborator, her excellent organisational skills and proactive outlook means she finds ways to meet needs and remove problems beyond the usual parameters.

For Clare, it’s all about the story behind the numbers: what does the story say about driving growth, productivity and success?

Outside the office and when she gets the chance, Clare is an avid traveller. She has quite a few stories to tell: from chatting with the Queen to living in one of Africa’s most mysterious countries…

Ramya Venkitachalam

Senior Associate - Financial Accountant

Across all facets of accounting, Ramya is a lynchpin. That said, her main focuses are: A, monitoring day-to-day financial activities; and B, preparing the regular reports that help you stay on track as your affairs evolve. Both are crucial aspects of setting and sticking to realistic budgets and forecasting cash flows. This is also a highly proactive role – especially in terms of process and communication. What this means is Ramya will always be on the front foot about keeping you in the loop about where you are … and where you’re heading.

All of this supports her personal two-part mission. First, giving you the information you need to understand the financial position of your business (or household). Second, helping you make the smart decisions as you pursue your financial goals. Outside the office, Ramya is dedicated to her family, to reading and finding the next great recipe to add to her repertoire.
