3PF was approached by a large national IT family business. The challenge this business was having was a finance resource that was finding it difficult to keep up with the success of the business.
3PF quickly came in and completed a full business review over a couple of days. A priority list was developed and discussed and agreed with the Directors.
The plan was actioned over 3 months with dramatic improvements in cashflow, culture and most importantly timeliness of results and future visibility.
3PF continues to support this business 5 days per week by acting as CFO, Management accountant and Payroll. In addition to this we are helping with Merger and Acquisitions, Strategy development and selection of a new ERP.
The business continues to grow strongly with the management team having the right support to be able to focus on the business and their customers.
