A large Australian retailer engaged 3PF due to the fact they needed some finance team support with their CFO leaving. The change was short notice so we were able to go in as a team and do a comprehensive handover. Within the space of a week the handover was completed and documented covering off on all facets of the business.
As part of taking on the role it was also important that we quickly engaged with the Executive team and the finance team.
Due to our broad experience in HR, Payroll, Online retail and other compliance matters we were also able to assist with other projects that emerged during our engagement.
