Established Business Aiming to make the Most of Opportunities

3PF joined up with a national repair business after they had gone through a new ERP implementation that had placed huge pressures and distractions on the business.
3PF initially came in as CFO to stabilise the situation and work with the Financial Controller and the finance team. A priority list was agreed after a detailed initial business review was completed. This allowed the business to focus on the key improvement area’s of cashflow, timeliness of reporting and visibility.
It quickly became apparent that the Finance team could also be streamlined. 3PF now acts as CFO and is a key part of the Executive team and also oversees the internal management accountant. Support is approximately 2 to 3 days per week.
Over the last 12 months profitability and cashflow has gone from strength to strength with the business also completing an acquisition with the support of 3PF.
